Costly domain name?

It was tonight that I knew Naiduhall aka Naihaa* (an ugly outcome of the brand make over) has a domain name dispute.
Lamentable when you note the other fact that www.naiduhall.co.in is not completely constructed. So much for a store founded almost 60 years ago. Hmpfh.

*Naihaa to the common man is hardly pronounceable, let alone the meaning it translates to. "Nai" in Tamil means "Dog" and to add to the twit we can translate "Naihaa" to "Dog huh?" (I'll keep safe).

Perhaps there were no board-rooms. Perhaps no one knew Tamil in the board-room (apparently in Chennai) and perhaps, it is not just me who is annoyed at the frivolousness.
Either winning the disputed issue would prove costly (or) a website called naihaa.com would prove cheap (literally and figuratively).

'The question is,' said Alice, 'whether you can make words mean so many different things'- Lewis Carroll.
